About North Halifax Partnership
Staying Well was created in 2014 to establish interventions for a range of socially isolated people in Calderdale. Using a wide range of community activities, groups and organisations Staying Well has reduced isolation for many residents. The telephone befriending scheme was established during the Covid-19 Crisis and has since become a popular and priceless service that provides weekly telephone befriending by trained volunteers in Calderdale.
