Re-Connect – King’s Community Foundation
About Re-Connect – King’s Community Foundation
Our Re-Connect service is designed for older people who live in the local area of Aberdeen who are experiencing loneliness and social isolation. We accept referrals for those who live independently or in sheltered accommodation and want to re-connect with social activities but require support to gain confidence.
This may be due to recovery from an illness, loss of a loved one or lost confidence to socialise outside of their home since Covid-19.
