About Sightline Vision (North West) Limited

Sightline offers a confidential, secure and free telephone befriending service for people who are blind or partially sighted. Our befriending service pairs trained volunteers most of whom have sight loss experience with service users to help reduce loneliness and isolation.

Service Eligibility

Anybody with a visual impairment, age over 18, living in England and Wales.

Information for Volunteers

Volunteers with Sightline are people who are looking to support people on their sight loss journey, many, but not all, have their own experience of sight loss. They receive a comprehensive induction, training and support guide, which includes safeguarding training.
