We offer befriending for people who our housebound or feel isolated and would like some companionship. We cover the communities of Yealmpton and Brixton in South Hams, plus adjoining parishes. We also have volunteers who can help with filling in forms and paperwork, including Attendance Allowance applications.

Information for Volunteers
We are looking for volunteers who can offer around an hour a week to provide friendship and companionship to people within the communities of Yealmpton and Brixton (plus adjoining parishes). This involves visiting the client in their home and, where assessed safe to do so, may also involve accompanying clients on a short walk, or taking them for a coffee.
