This Volunteers’ Week (June 2nd to 8th), we’re delighted to offer events to support befrienders directly. Being a Befriender is a free event for those who volunteer with befriending projects.
This celebration and networking event is open to any befriender, within any project, who is delivering befriending through any face-to-face method. This can include, but is not limited to:
This event is bringing together befrienders to meet others in similar roles, to network and access peer support, while learning and recognising the work and positive impact of befriending.
