Monitoring, Evaluating and Reporting Impact

My favourite thing about this course was finding out that we’re not doing so badly, while also making it clearer how we can improve. I am feeling motivated to make changes and implement measurement methods into our befriending scheme.

Purpose of Course

Join this course to learn about evidencing the work of your befriending project to demonstrate impact to stakeholders and funders. As you will learn, impact measurement can also support the evolution of your project, highlighting strengths and areas for development. The course will review common challenges, measurement frameworks, and how to compile evidence, as well as encourage attendees to network and share experiences.

• Maximising the opportunity to monitor and evaluate the impact
• Turning soft outcomes hard, qualitative to quantitative
• Embedding and implementing key performance indicators
• Reporting methods and tools
• Designing a theory of change and creating a team effort
• Promoting achievements to funders and stakeholders

Resources and Additional Support

Any attendee of this course will gain access to the course delegate pack and a range of resources. Due to the vast size of resources provided, a free follow-up session will be offered to attendees to allow for questions or further discussion. This is an optional event of one-hour maximum.
