Age Connects Morgannwg is a charity supporting older people across Bridgend, Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taf. Since 1977, we’ve been helping older people get the support they need, when they need it.
Our Reaching Out initiative has been providing companionship and support to people aged 50 plus across Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil, and Bridgend. Through phone calls, in-person visits, and letters or cards, we help thousands of people each year to stay connected and feel valued.
