Befriend Motherwell achieve Excellence Award reaccreditation

We’re delighted to announce that Befriend Motherwell have received their reaccreditation in the Quality in Befriending Excellence Award.
Befriend Motherwell’s service supports adults aged 65 and over living through 1:1 befriending visits, groups in sheltered housing complexes and weekly telephone calls. The organisation has held the Excellence Award since 2020.
Their assessment highlighted the organisation’s supportive approach, with volunteers expressing confidence in the team’s guidance and saying that they have recommended Befriend Motherwell to others too.
