Purpose of Course

Join this course to learn how to evidence your befriending project’s work and demonstrate its impact to stakeholders and funders. As you will learn, impact measurement can also support your project’s evolution by highlighting strengths and areas for development. The course will review common challenges, measurement frameworks, and evidence compilation, and encourage attendees to network and share experiences.

Event Structure

This event breaks into two sections, with a comfort break in the middle. The timing is estimated:

10:00 > 11:45 – Setting and Monitoring Key Performance Indicators and Outcomes
11:45 > 12:15 – Comfort Break
12:15 > 14:00 – Evaluating and Reporting

Training Content, Resources and Additional Support

All course participants will gain access to the live event on Zoom, the slide deck, a transcript summary and a delegate pack of resources. Due to the extensive resources provided, a free 1-hour follow-up session will be offered to attendees to allow for questions or further discussion. This is an optional session and will be arranged at the end of the training event to ensure a suitable time for all participants is chosen.

Up to 3 working days before the course begins: your order will be refunded, subject to a £15 administration fee. Alternatively, you can defer your order to the next occurrence of the same course.
Within 3 working days of the course beginning, including non-attendance: your order is non-refundable and cannot be deferred.

Your event facilitator will contact you to discuss options. In such cases where we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be given.
