Handling Complex and Inappropriate Referrals
This course helps befriending organisations manage referrals effectively and protect team capacity. It provides practical strategies to reduce complex referrals, communicate service criteria clearly, respond confidently to challenges, and use data for improvement, supporting sustainable and effective befriending services. This course will cost £27 for a member of our network, £35 for a non-member.
