Womankind is looking for a Team Leader and Service Coordinator to line manage the volunteer services team and coordinate Womankind’s Befriending service in South Gloucestershire, Bristol and the surrounding area.

- Salary: £35,412 (NJC point 24)
- Location: Working from our premises in central Bristol

Job Description
The Team Leader & Service Coordinator will be part of Womankind’s staff team. She will be highly organised, and her key responsibility will be for line managing the volunteer services team and coordinating Womankind’s Befriending service in South Gloucestershire, Bristol and the surrounding area.
The post is only open to female applicants and is exempt under Schedule 9 Part 1 Equalities Act 2010. This post is subject to an enhanced disclosure check.
This role is a good opportunity for someone who has been working in mental health and/or Violence Against Women and Girls sector, aspiring to progress into a leadership role. Training and support will be provided where appropriate.
