Join Befriending Networks as our Membership Services Assistant!
Are you proactive and customer-focused with a ‘can-do’ mindset? We are looking to appoint a Membership Services Assistant to support the delivery of our membership services. The successful candidate will be a team player willing to get stuck in, learn and develop.
Befriending Networks is a growing network of over 370 members delivering befriending services across the UK. You’ll be joining an organisation that values its people and offers a supportive work environment in which you can grow and thrive.
You will be working with our Membership Officers to:
· Maintain an accurate record of our members using our website and Salesforce CRM.
· Respond to member needs in relation to user access, joining and renewal processes, or change of users.
· Contribute to the smooth running of membership events and thematic campaigns.
This is a fixed-term post of 21 hours per week, which can be worked flexibly over 4 or 5 days.
