Service Eligibility
We offer support to people who consider themselves to be isolated and feeling alone, who have no natural networks of support to rely on.
Information for Volunteers
Role title: Telephone Befriender
Purpose of the role: To reduce loneliness and isolation through making telephone calls to people who live on their own with no natural support networks.
What you will be doing: Volunteering from our centre at Offa House, where we have a mini call centre, to make calls from our database. Have a conversation and put notes on the database.
