COVEY (Community Volunteers Enabling You)
About COVEY (Community Volunteers Enabling You)
COVEY offers vital support to children, young people and their parent/carers throughout Lanarkshire. Through one to one and group befriending/mentoring, we offer tailored support that is centred on the individual needs and goals of participants. The work we do improves health and wellbeing, social connections, confidence and increases engagement with education, training, volunteering or employment.
“I wasn’t very confident before I joined COVEY. If it wasn’t for COVEY, I think I’d be at a loss. I wouldn’t know where I was going. They’ve given me direction, and a whole load of life skills as well.”
(Emma Naylor, COVEY Young Ambassador)
