Epilepsy Connections
About Epilepsy Connections
We offer one-to-one in person befriending. Our fully trained befrienders are matched up to meet with someone to meet fortnightly to spend some fun social time together. Living with epilepsy is challenging. Our objectives are to reduce isolation, anxiety, and to increase confidence and self esteem, alongside connecting people better to their local communities,

We offer our volunteers a full and comprehensive training. It is not essential to have previous knowledge or experience of epilepsy as, we provide this as part of our core training. We also provide full expenses and ongoing support and development opportunities to all our volunteers.
At Epilepsy Connections, we see volunteering as very much part of an individual’s long-term self development.
