Creating ConnectionsAbout Guild Care
We are Worthing’s leading and most established social care charity, supporting people to live well, enjoy life and love every day.
Creating Connections offers befriending services for people who find it difficult to leave their homes to socialise and meet people. We offer a home visiting service with regular visits by a volunteer, to provide companionship and friendship.
We also offer short term, goal-based befriending to provide more 1:1 support to people. This is available to people who have lost confidence after a fall or have poor mobility and need help to socialise, make friends, and engage with their local community.
