About North Berwick Coastal Community Connections
If you are an adult living in the North Berwick Coastal area and are worried about you or someone you know becoming isolated or lonely, we may be able to help you. Our vision is to create compassion, companionship and confidence in our community, where no-one need feel isolated or lonely. Our aim is to connect people to local networks, activities and friendships. To build up a sense of local connection and social confidence, we offer a program of one to one befriending and Buddy Walks. We also have a friendly, drop in cafe every Wednesday afternoon.

Information for Volunteers
Our purpose is to have a community where no-one need feel isolated or lonely, by connecting people to local networks, activities and friendships, for adults in the North Berwick Coastal area. If you’re interested in becoming part of our wonderful team of kind and friendly volunteers, there are plenty of opportunities. Whether it’s one to one befriending, Buddy Walking or group walking, we provide full training and regular refresher courses for all our volunteers.
