About Seascape Reconnect with Hope
We assist people to build positive connections in their community and combat social isolation and loneliness, facilitating group befriending sessions within local communities across South Ayrshire as well as offering one to one social support for people who are extremely isolated, suffering from low self-esteem and or mental health issues and do not feel ready to attend a group setting.

We support adults 18+ in South Ayrshire. A referral can be made through the Seascape website
Information for Volunteers
At our award winning befriending service we offer professional ongoing training for our volunteer befrienders. In the past this has provided some of them with the skills and experience to move onto paid work within the social care sector as well as providing an invaluable service to our most isolated and lonely citizens.
