About The Creighton Centre

Homeline provides long-term befriending for Hammersmith & Fulham residents aged 60+, helping reduce loneliness and isolation.  We offer weekly phone calls to check in, chat, and help with any issues.  For our most isolated members, we provide home befriending and walking support through trained volunteers.  We also support people living with dementia at home and in care homes. Our staff offer advocacy and casework, and we run regular social events, classes (e.g. IT, exercise, reminiscence), and monthly lunches.  Dementia carers can access advice through our Admiral Nurse clinic.  Homeline helps older adults stay connected, active, and supported.

England, SW6 7PH

Service Eligibility

Follow the instructions on the website volunteer page.  Complete application and send to relevant volunteer coordinator.
All volunteers welcome, but due to the nature of the roles being near to or able to travel through the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is important. We require DBS checks for all volunteers and two references.  Full induction, training and ongoing supervision provided.
