The Creighton Centre
Homeline ProjectAbout The Creighton Centre
Homeline provides long-term befriending for Hammersmith & Fulham residents aged 60+, helping reduce loneliness and isolation. We offer weekly phone calls to check in, chat, and help with any issues. For our most isolated members, we provide home befriending and walking support through trained volunteers. We also support people living with dementia at home and in care homes. Our staff offer advocacy and casework, and we run regular social events, classes (e.g. IT, exercise, reminiscence), and monthly lunches. Dementia carers can access advice through our Admiral Nurse clinic. Homeline helps older adults stay connected, active, and supported.
