About Together Co
Everybody should have somebody. We match people with people to create friendships that make life better. We’ve been doing so for over 25 years. In that time, we’ve seen loneliness eased and lives changed – all through the simple power of human connection.
Together Co Befriending matches people with people to create friendships that make life better. For over 25 years we have been fighting loneliness and social isolation across our city by making supportive and reliable friendships. Our volunteer befrienders connect with people through in-person meetings, phone calls, or group activities.
We help people living in Brighton and Hove experiencing chronic loneliness and are aged over 50 or have a physical or sensory disability or have caring responsibilities.
