About Together.ly
Our mission is to empower those who care with the tools, technology and know-how to bring a valuable sense of connection and community to those who are most at risk of loneliness and isolation. Our advanced yet remarkably user-friendly communications platform is designed specifically for care providers, charities and nursing homes to facilitate or host remote, one-to-one or group sessions, online or by telephone with the people you support.

Service Eligibility
Together.ly is not a befriending service, but rather a software platform that helps organisations who wish to deliver befriending do so remotely.
We do this by making it simple, safe and sustainable to bring people together remotely. Either online or using their telephone, in groups or one to one.
We focus on three core areas:
- Accessibility – so that even those that are the hardest to reach are able to access services you deliver on our platform.
- Safeguarding – so you can be comfortable in using the platform with your potentially vulnerable service users.
- Delivering Data & Insights – so you evidence the impact your services are having as well as make data driven decisions.
Information for Volunteers
We provide a software platform that helps other organisations to develop their telephone, video and group befriending and are not directly recruiting volunteers.
