Sky achieves Quality in Befriending Excellence Award

We’re delighted to announce our most recent accreditation for the Excellence Award, Sky!
The Sky Cares befriending service offers one-on-one calls for their older customers, aimed at lifting people out of isolation and helping those experiencing loneliness to find a friend.
Their Excellence report showed a service that goes above and beyond for its befrienders. There is a great range of online training and support available, and it is apparent that care is taken to be responsive to feedback and a culture of continuous improvement.
