West Norfolk Befriending reaccredited with Quality in Befriending Award!

We’re delighted to announce that West Norfolk Befriending have been reaccredited with their Quality in Befriending Award!
West Norfolk Befriending is a registered charity that provides befriending services for isolated older people in West Norfolk. Befriending matches are 1:1 and are both in person and telephone matches, for up to 12 months in duration.
West Norfolk Befriending have been a Quality Award holder since 2022. Their reaccreditation assessment interviews demonstrated how the team creates supportive and caring for staff, befrienders and service users.
