Join us for this member-exclusive Digital Masterclass where you can learn how to create an interactive noticeboard with resources and information using Padlet.

Every attendee will get access to the Digital Masterclass delegate pack, to help you take your next steps in building your confidence on the platform.

In this session, you’ll learn how to…

• Create a Padlet
• Choose your layout
• Band the Padlet to you
• Add posts of different mediums
• Share your Padlet

About the Digital Masterclasses

As stated in Befriending Networks Strategic Plan 2024 – 2029, one of our objectives is to develop a digitally connected network through the share of knowledge and skills to expand the digital literacy of the befriending sector through at least 4 events per year. Our Digital Masterclasses are here to do just that.

There are four digital masterclasses available:

• Digital Skills: PowerPoint, Monday 23^rd June 10:00 – 11:00
• Digital Skills: Zoom, Tuesday 24^th June, 13:00 – 14:00
• Digital Skills: Canva, Wednesday 25^th June, 10:00 – 11:00
• Digital Skills: Padlet, Wednesday 25^th June, 13:00 – 14:00

Each event follows the same structure across the one-hour session:

• Networking and peer learning on experience
• Why are we suggesting this digital platform?
• Who can use this platform in befriending operations?
• What are the key features of this platform?
• When could this platform be used?
• Where can this platform be beneficial?
• Looking at the how… Tutorials in operating the digital platform
• Summary and signposting

Who is this event for?

These events are free and available exclusively to our members of Befriending Networks to support them with their digital literacy in the hopes of improving efficiency and staff capacity.
