Time to Talk Befriending receive Excellence Award reaccreditation

We’re delighted to announce that Time to Talk Befriending have been reaccredited as Quality in Befriending Excellence Award holders!
Time to Talk Befriending has been operating since December 2013 and provides support to older people living in Brighton and Hove, Adur, and Worthing in Sussex. The organisation offers in-person befriending, both one-to-one and in group settings. Since 2019, it has held the Quality in Befriending Award at Excellence level.
Their assessment demonstrated a strong and reliable service that pays attention to the little details. Staff, volunteers and service users spoke very positively of their experiences at Time to Talk, with the induction training being a real highlight for volunteers. The human touch is present throughout the entire support process, with thoughtful service planning and a responsive approach to people.
