Purpose of this event

This free networking session will bring together practitioners and those seeking connection around the delivery and development of children and young people’s befriending services. Open to all, this short session creates a safe and supportive space to share ideas, ask questions, and form plans. Session content may include exploring themes such as youth loneliness, health and wellbeing, safeguarding, trauma-informed befriending, children’s rights, involving children and young people in service design, and parental involvement.
